Continuous Foods

Billboard advertising continuous foods with a message to make a change without changing much.

I had the pleasure to create the brand identity for Continuous Foods, a startup that provides an easy way for everyone to contribute their part in reducing their carbon footprint by tackling the issue within the supply chain.

A hand holding an orange and white infographic about a carbon footprint, including icons of a chicken, a compost pile, and a globe, with statistics about chicken purchase, landfill diversion, and CO2 reduction.
Laptop screen displaying a website for Continuous Foods with a headline about making the environmental impact easy, including a paragraph about reducing carbon footprint, an aerial photo of farmland, and sections for goals in 2024.
Image collage with two photos: one of a person holding up a red cap with white initials 'C.F.' against a blue sky, and another of a man working on a farm or ranch, tying wires to a wooden fence in front of a barn.

We worked closely together to build a brand identity that stood out within the green tech field opting in for a warm tone, balancing it with an off-white and smooth gray. We also wanted the identity to have structure, an ordered layout, while also including a touch of organic elements so the identity doesn’t feel stale.

An orange textured background with black text that reads: 'Food waste is a huge problem with heavy impact.'

A custom typeface was made for the identity featuring slight curves in ink-trap areas to bring a raw element to the brand.

Untitled Sans and Roboto Mono are brought in to then contrast and balance all the other visual elements.

The whole identity process took about two months. Many, many thanks to Pat Carroll and Larcombe Teichgraeber for this project.
